Mirnada Crashes on startup, when Facebook is "offline" when closing (last time)

What product are you using? (Also please, select lower in Labels in

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Miranda 0.8.12 Windows XP SP3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Miranda with Facebook
2. Use it
3. Set facebook offline (!) and close Miranda
4. Try to start miranda.

What is the expected output?
Typical Miranda ...

What do you see instead?
Only Windows Error "Miranda Crashed... Would you like to send..."

Please provide any additional information below.

- Miranda can be started without facebook plugin. 
  (renamed to facebook dll.old)
  is it possible to set the status of the plugin to "online" so that I can
afterwards rename the dll back and start again?!

BTW: 
  Facebook.dll is Version 0.0.6

PS: removing the account via DB+ (without facebook.dll) and then start miranda 
again
(with facebook), and activate the account again does work...
