Avatar update

What product are you using? 

* facebook plugin 0.0.0.7
  Miranda 0.8.13

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.0.0.7 (Windows XP, Miranda 0.8.13)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Added a facebook account
2. seems that this account has changed his avatar or set a new one
3.

What is the expected output?
* plugin will fetch new avatar

What do you see instead?
* default facebook avatar
  PS: in the avatar_cache/facebook folder there are now TWO 
      entries with the same id (id.gif and id.jpg)

Please provide any additional information below.

here the same problem. But only for some contacts. They dont even need to update
their pictures (no idea whats the problem, but its not that the other person 
has new
layout).

and the gif and jpg file is, just a leftover from before. When you delete them, 
only
the gif will be recreated and this is the default one.

Sometimes Facebook doesn't respond with usable reply, that means doesn't give 
contact's avatar URL back. Mostly at the same time the mobile profile of the 
same 
person is not available and redirects to a mobile homepage, this indicates some 
internal issue.

The avatars folder is not managed in any way, this happens with all protocols 
:) So 
maybe it may look like there's a little mess...
