mixup of tooltip and popup

What product are you using?
fb 0.1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. disable popups
2. click preview in the facebook popup menue (same thing when normal feed
updates are showen)

What is the expected output?
no notification should be showen

What do you see instead?
windows tooltips are displayed.

Please provide any additional information below.
as my popups turn disable at fulscreen, tooltips are not usefull.
in case popups are disabeled, dont show feeds, and errors should be showen
over messagewindows.

Currently, when Notifications and/or Feeds are turned on, popups are used, when 
available, otherwise balloon tips are shown. This is just a technology 
implementation, 
I'm not yet decided finally about the definite solution of this thing.
