avatar update #42

What product are you using? 
fb 0.0.1 #617

What steps will reproduce the problem?
difficult, you need to have contacts that have something special

What is the expected output?
all contacts should have avatars

What do you see instead?
some dont have any (the ones that had default avatar in 0.0.7). thought
with update to #617 it became a little better. Now they at least have a
valid AvatarURL created in the database. but no contactPhoto folder or avara

Please provide any additional information below.
