Impossible to translate 2 strings

Facebook Protocol
ver 1.0.0.0 on Windows 7 x32

There is no possibility to translate buttons 'Share' and 'Clear'
Cancel button is alright.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try translate in external txt files example [Clear] or [&Clear]
2.There is always in English this two strings.
3.

What is the expected output?
Possibility to translate
