Try uncheck Options / Networks / Validate ssl certificates

Do you have a secure connection enabled in Facebook options? How does it work 
when checking/unchecking? This should be completely handled by Miranda core 
NetLib module, so most probably not an easy thing :/

Thanks for your info, I'll take a look at it. Could you please also provide 
operating system you use? Optionally attaching a screenshot of the error would 
be perfect :)
