When disableudp=false, UPD-port 33445 is listening.
When UDP disabled in "tox_save.ini" manually: disableudp=true,
UDP-port not listening, but TCP port 33445 not listening too, and TCP-connections accepting to another port.
This is not a node, this is working just like client, and this connectiong to the nodes.
So, maybe need to enable listening tcp-port 33445,
when disableudp=true, or/and disable it when it false.
