None of the styles created since March 17, 2022 have daily snapshots #112

The history seems to have stopped on March 16, 2022 , is this a bug?

Even for styles created before then, the daily snapshot was stopped on March 18.

Looks like we ran into too many SQL variables error. I didn't know about that, but we can be resolve it by using batch inserts. The issue is, now I'll have to recover the data for stats table, which will take a while. On a positive note, I already wrote some of the code for it while experimenting with next iteration of statistics.
