Click next > observe error message > click outside the error
Observe loading > turn on connection > observe
Expected result:
After restoring the connection user should be able to send feedback
Actual result:
Loading is still displayed and user is not able to send feedback. After updating textbox button is 'refreshed' and you can move to the next screen.
