Remove mcrypt dependency #7

When using this wrapper for a simple 2-legged OAuth scenario, mcrypt isn't needed. 1) Is there any scenario that requires it? 2) If there is, can you fork this to a version that omits that dependency and feature set? I'm not keen on installing extraneous php extensions on large production setups.

This issue should be closed as #12 got merged to master.
