This would also mean bumping vscode version to 1.82.0. we have to make sure we are ready for that (since 8.1.0 was on 1.67.0 and we are on 1.75.0 right now).

Also, it seems to have changed how the things are packaged, see this issue: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/192144
