Add possible EULA breaking to point 3 on the website #105

The Micro transactions thing on the website can be understood as possibly EULA breaking, as it prohibits to sell mods or make profits from them.

Granted it's rather vague on what could count as "making profits" here, but I doubt Essential (or the group behind it) is a non-profit and they for sure have a for-profit mindset there...

I think we've discussed this before when Notessential was a new thing and we came to the conclusion that we didn't come up with one.

We could add this to the site and clarify that the EULA is unclear on this regard.
