Test suite fixes #40

Changes in the testsuite based on the list of test case issues received.

Most of the changes suggested have been made
The changes I made are either in origin.usfm or metadata.xml
Several cases require changes in the USX file, which I haven't done
Some cases are not changed, but I have added my comments(in the below report)

This file contains the case by case report of the changes, my comments and list of further changes need in USX tcdocs_test_suite_issues.xlsx

I might have misunderstood, how it was suggested to deal with the zaln-s and zaln-e markers. I changed them to z-aln- which, I think now, might not have been the suggestion. The spaces around the | of these markers have been removed, but anything else to be changed?
