`liv#` description doesn't specify a number range #88

I was pleased to see that most numbered markers now specify a number range in the description. liv# is the only one I found that doesn't. Does it have a valid range? PT9 usage suggests the range is 1-5.

Oh I just stumbled across https://github.com/usfm-bible/tcdocs/blob/main/grammar/usfm.ext which confirms it is 1-5.
