Shorten Payload Coupler for Nose cone #21

Problem: The new nosecone does not fit all the way down to the adhesive nuts.

Solution: The coupler just needs to be trimmed so the nose cone goes down to the marked line and can be secured with adhesive nuts.

Ask Jacob for more info
