Update SLD Files to Reflect Multi-Layer Support #13

@ccaudill Pointed this one out. Right now content models with multiple layers have a single zipped up folder of all of the SLD files for each layer. We'd like to make it so that users could look at the layer-level of the content model and be able to see/download the single SLD file for that layer, or a user could look at the content model-level and download a zipped up file of all of the SLD files.

@asonnenschein can this be closed?

I don't think any work has been done on this. @ccaudill @jalisdairi any thoughts?

"a user could look at the content model-level and download a zipped up file of all of the SLD files." -This already exists at http://schemas.usgin.org/models/

"users could look at the layer-level of the content model and be able to see/download the single SLD file for that layer" -This requires making multiple new fields for the schemas.usgin.org/models UI

@asonnenschein Since the first is already done, do we need to do anything further here? I guess the real question is, does this current set-up work for GeoServer in node?
