Content models with more than one layer only display a single layer with every field/type/description for every single layer in the content model. This is a problem for people looking at schemas.usgin.org and developers who want to make use of the JSON/XML representations of the content models. Fix with some Python code that has a more thorough look at the XSD representations of the content models.
