Add result column to tournament output #233

In the new AGAGD webpage frontend, when user click on a rated tournament, the resulting page only shows the players, but do not show the result of the games. Please add the result of the games to the page.

For example, on https://agagd.usgo.org/tournament/dapuopen20211017/

One only sees these columns

game date, white, black, handicap, komi

Please add a "winner" column.

In the older version of AGAGD webpage, when click on a rated tournament, a full wall list is displayed. If this feature is harder to implement, then adding a result column as first step will help with user experience.

Not sure what happened but the winner's column is now gone. The tournament result still does not show the winner.
