player link does not work and getting "Internal Error"

both getting "Internal Error"

I suspect that the error maybe caused by the "[ ]" in the name.

@gregsteltenpohl and I have been looking into this.

We believe it's an error from players having a large number of games. I don't have an eta to resolve it yet.

This is still happening - seems like a fairly serious issue!
