Search-Ratings is NoLonger in Use #246

Summary of the Bug

Players can no longer search their ratings at usgo.org/search-ratings.

Steps to Reproduce the Behaviour

  1. Create an attendee.
  2. Goto http://localhost:3000/2021/registrations/[user-iḑ]/edit for that user
  3. Scroll down to what is my rank.
  4. Click on that link.
  5. Hover over here for the usgo.org/search-ratings.

The Expected Behaviour

Provide an explanation which indicates that searches for player information should be done on the AGAGD.
