All times are (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) is listed on the bottom of the website

Steps to Reproduce the Behaviour

  1. Go to the bottom of any page at www.usgo.org

The Expected Behaviour

See the correct time setting

Notes

I have been informed we are in GMT-4 with daylight savings time.

Seems like the GMT times associated with the time zones in the admin may not take into account DST. I'll investigate.
