Subcommittee Names in 116th Bill Status use 115th Committee Names #117

Hello, in some of the bill status files on govinfo.gov, old subcommittee names/codes are still being associated with subcommittees that have reorganized/changed their names for the 116th Congress.

H.R. 574 was referred to the "Subcommittee on Oversight, Management, and Accountability" (116th) and that's what the text displays, but the committee association is still the "Oversight and Management Efficiency Subcommittee"

@anerbovig legislative data organizations will coordinate on resolution. Short-term work around is to use the <text> field instead of the <name> field.

For future items related to BILLSTATUS, could you submit issues to the Bill Status Repository?
