Introduced bill from 9/28 are not yet available in the Bill Status Bulk Data #176

introduced bills from yesterday are up on congress.gov but are not yet available in the bulk status feed.

For example: fed_bill_digest_117_HR5390.xml to fed_bill_digest_117_HR5408.xml fed_bill_digest_117_HRES686.xml to fed_bill_digest_117_HRES687.xml fed_bill_digest_117_SRES388.xml to fed_bill_digest_117_SRES393.xml fed_bill_digest_117_HR5390.xml to fed_bill_digest_117_HR5408.xml fed_bill_digest_117_S2866.xml to fed_bill_digest_117_S2881.xml fed_bill_digest_117_HJRES59.xml
