Missing First Word of Short Title for S. 447 #96

Hi there, the first word of the short title for S. 447 is missing on the bill page on congress.gov as well as in the source XML from the bill-status bulk data repository. It should be "Justice for Uncompensated Survivors Today (JUST) Act of 2017" but instead it's "or Uncompensated Survivors Today (JUST) Act of 2017."
