7/19/2023 Daily Digest names wrong foreign leader #136

The Daily Digest for 7/19/2023 correctly lists the President of Israel in the highlights at the top: https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/CREC-2023-07-19/html/CREC-2023-07-19-pt1-PgD754.htm

In the House Chamber Action section below, it incorrectly lists the Prime Minister of India instead: https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/CREC-2023-07-19/html/CREC-2023-07-19-pt1-PgD757.htm

I'm not sure which repository to use for CREC matters. If there's a better one, please advise.
