Higher image resolutions?

Is there a way to get higher resolution images for the regs? some of the images are so grainy they are not usable.. an example is: ec21oc91.005 from title 29.. https://www.govinfo.gov/bulkdata/ECFR/title-29

is there a link I can use to grab these same images but of higher quality? or at least usable quality?

@jonquandt I am not able determine the correct link for higher resolution images for the different titles. The one above seems unique. Here is an example. title 29: er19ja01.098.gif Whats the correct URL to the S3 bucket for these? I was trying different combinations of this https://s3.amazonaws.com/images.federalregister.gov/EC27OC91.000/original.png such as

https://s3.amazonaws.com/images.federalregister.gov/er19ja01.098/original.gif https://s3.amazonaws.com/images.federalregister.gov/er19ja01.098/original.png

I also found this link that 1 image but can't determine how to get the above:

The image resolution in the title zips are really and unusable.. would really appreciate a link so I can get the higher resolution ones. Many thanks!
