Specific collection feed (NSA's The Next Wave) #16

Would it be possible to add a feed for specific collections? In particular, I'm looking for a feed for https://www.govinfo.gov/collection/tnw?path=%2FGPO%2FThe+Next+Wave.

Hi - we are starting work on a new dynamic RSS feed feature that we'll be launching in September that should be able to do this. I'll use this issue as a way to track and notify the ability to create these more dynamic feeds.

At a high-level, this will allow users to create RSS feeds based on a set of search results.
