Background: We discussed ideas on Friday for creating a map of water use as a factor of availability. Aaron thought about how a lot of water use (esp. agriculture) is pulling from groundwater sources and then the relationship between use and replenishing sources of deep aquifer storage vs shallow storage.
Goal: Expand on a concept where we could show daily use influence on shallow aquifers (and not deep aquifers). Include the types of information we would need. Then, share concept with WBEEP team to see how feasible it would be. More notes available here.
Don't spend too much time on this since we will want to know if it is feasible pretty quickly. Probably no more than 2 hours.
