Let's give credit where credit is do and add some information about the visualization so that browsers can pick it up.

[x] add meta data to the visualization about the authors
[x] right before release update with current information

Here is the current information- this will need to be updated prior to release, but it is the structure is there and the final changes should be minor.

This adds the basic structure, some minor tweaks are needed prior to release. So I'll put this into the backlog for visitation at a later date.
