Info section text updates

• [x] Jen work out wording in the labels and the info document: Modeled = Simulations yes for Temp. Water Use is more built off the 2015 compilations.

The info answers to questions in the links above are good to go. There may be some last minute changes that come in tomorrow, but I would be happy if @mwernimont wants to work on adding them to the INFO section tomorrow. Are they hard to adjust? Jen

@jenniferRapp Question about Water Use Reference #2 that has this as the URL ftp://rockyftp.cr.usgs.gov/vdelivery/Datasets/Staged/WBD/FileGDB101/WBD_National.zip

I can't get that to load, or download or whatever is supposed to happen when you go straight to a zip file. We sure this is the correct thing to use?

It is old, so they may have changed their data delivery mechanism. I'll check. leave that link out for now.

Thanks Marty. It looks like the info section was updated accurately. Molly Maupin is providing edits now, so there will be changes coming a bit later today, at least for water use.

When a section first opens can you make sure that the large font header is shown at the top of the section? "Stream Temperature" is not shown but "about the water temperature map" is the header that is shown.

@mwernimont I think the edits can be added. Esp those for Water Use. Temperature has maybe one change to omit the name 'concept'. I may get more feedback later this afternoon, but I think Molly's should stand for WU. Thank you.
