Water storage GF new map tiles #654

I've uploaded the new geodatabase to s3 and prepared for this to happen on test (https://github.com/usgs-makerspace/wbeep-processing/pull/168/files) but I haven't merged that in or run the jobs because I don't think we want to override the test view until we know we have the new data coming our way for this geospatial layer. What does that cutover look like? Will they just let us know one day that they are using the new geospatial framework? or are those updated water storage data based on the new geospatial fabric data going over to the same place where the water temperature data are going (a different s3 destination?)

I don’t think we discussed this today. Do you expect an updated GF for streams too? Question for Steve?

For water temperature, I do have the correct streams/water temp geospatial layer, it is also bundled together with this new geospatial framework but I exported it from the geodatabase into a shapefile and put it on the server for us to use at this point since that's how the original data came. I verified that new dataset (even if there are temperature data issues in it) are also using all 58489 new segments vs the old file we used had 56461 or something like that. So temperature should be good to go once we get the good data. I'll verify shortly with the 'bad' temperature data that the data join at least works locally.

That’s Good news. Thank you.
