Confirming Temperature data accuracy #659

Work with modelers once we get the pipeline created so we are certain that the correct stream temperature data is joined to the correct streams.

Is this a concern that we have with how it is currently done? Just wondering if I need to be debugging something right now that you noticed.

in process. bug fit to correct the 2 million degree temps.
