suggestion that seasonal-average daily water withdrawals is clunky, and that we might change it to something like 'maps show daily average water withdrawals for 4 seasons'

also definition for irrigation withdrawals: "Definition for irrigation withdrawals - not mentioning golf courses? Suggest changing "Where does the national water use map get the data" to "what is the source of data presented in the national water use map?"

I wasn't sure about calling out golf courses specifically here, so didn't include that suggestion. If that is valuable/correct to include and we know that the irrigation category includes it, I can update it. I just wasn't completely sure if that was an assumption or is known to be correct.
