feedback from reviewer: "Also, on the Q&A section of the legend, the answer of "Yes and no" isn't really upheld by the rest of the answer. No part of the answer supports the 'yes' part of the answer."

[x] reword and remove the yes part of the answer if we aren't even answering the yes part.
