move the water temperature reference section below the water use section, so we're consistently offering things in the same order, water storage, water use, water temperature in order for each of the sections (about this section/deep in science section/references section)

Lets chat about this. Joe had an idea to make separate tabs or pages for the info pages for each map. I think it might be nice to only see Water Storage information when you click on that link.
