White space at the bottom of stream temp- could we reduce it? get rid of zoom level details?

I think the learn more disclaimers are OK as is.

the white space with the zoom level is only on the test tier for us to use for development purposes! you won't see it on qa or beta or prod

So I can change the text to National Integrated Water Availability Assessments: Water Availability Mapper, but when on test its probably best to leave the -test build- and on. beta -beta build- its just another way to be aware of which version of the app you are on, and when it goes to prod that little tag will fall off and just be National Integrated Water Availability Assessments: Water Availability Mapper

Some weirdness on test: I see a really large map, but really tiny bars. I am on TEST on my laptop screen only right now using Chrome. The map is huge but the bar chart looks teeny tiny. Since the map is so big, I can't see it all in one view. Passing this along in case we want to fix.

@mwernimont Can you take a look at this issue that Lindsay is having? The bar chart at the bottom of her screen is tiny for Water Use. I don't believe it's happening for me.

Yep - I am in a Chrome browser on a machine running Windows 10
