Linking from Ground Failure to Interactive Map

When you are on the ground failure summary page and click on the links to the interactive map, the interactive map should have the following:

• The ShakeMap contours should be disabled (The contours are obscuring the ground failure overlay data).
• The base layer should be set to grayscale, so that users can more clearly see the transparent colors of the ground failure overlay

We currently have the ability to link with "shakemap-intensity: false" in the query params (since it is shown by default).

Will need to add a baselayer parameter that allows the default baselayer to be selected.
