Create MetadataView to display search parameters #336

This can be merged. Travis was failing before this ticket, I'll try to figure out why, but it doesn't happen in the development environment.

@jmfee-usgs I updated the PR, I also noticed a bug where the search params were not disappearing when a new feed was selected. This and some stylistic changes have been included since your initial review.
