Layers not showing #348

When I try to add the Layers "Plate Boundaries", "US Faults" or "US Hazards", they don't seem to work. The other layers work fine. I have tried both Firefox and Chrome with the same result.

Thank you so much for reporting an issue via GitHub! Those layers are temporarily disabled due to the large load following the recent earthquakes in California. We are looking for a more efficient solution tt would allow us to re-enable them.
