I've asked @greglucas to review this pull request. For some reason I cannot get his GitHub username to show using the "@username" convention, no will he show up in the list of Reviewers. Presumably this is because he is no longer part of the USGS organization. Hopefully he can still comment here, or at the very least, submit Issues that I can reference here.
Edit: Turns out a person must be explicitly invited to a project, even if only as a "reader", in order to show up under available reviewers.
