Update Geomagnetic Latitude/Longitude on observatory pages #190

We noticed recently that we've got some bad and missing values for geomagnetic latitude and longitude on our web pages, so I had Teresa recompute everything, so now we just need to update our web pages with the latest numbers. Based on Jeff's advice, we calculated geomagnetic latitude and longitude as of 2015, that way it is consistent with IGRF, which was also updated in 2015. And then we don't have to update our numbers again until 2020.

At any rate, I need someone now to update our observatory web pages. Do you have time to do this or should I just ask Lisa Wald to do it?

Here's the table with the two columns highlighted in yellow that need to be updated. We also need to add a note somewhere on each page that says that these are 2015 values. Geomag_ObservatoryLatLon_2015.xlsx

So I would just put a footnote that says 'geomagnetic values as of 2015' or something like that. Here's a link to IGRF-12 from 2015: http://wdc.kugi.kyoto-u.ac.jp/igrf/gggm/index.html

I think Lisa can update observatory web pages in the web site.

Can you update the other projects where these appear? https://github.com/usgs/geomag-algorithms/blob/master/geomagio/ObservatoryMetadata.py https://github.com/usgs/geomag-edge-ws/blob/master/src/htdocs/observatories.json

There's also a link to a KMZ file for the observatory locations on http://geomag.usgs.gov/monitoring/observatories/. Do we need an updated KMZ file too?

Great! Just deployed it to production and the updates should appear within 30 minutes.
