Updated auto_fchp to include a "filter_type" parameter that is 0 for the ObsPy filter, and 1 for a Butterworth filter applied directly to the Fourier coefficients of the acceleration trace. The default is 0. This is to make auto_fchp consistent with the filtering method used in gmprocess.
