Station metric testing #907

Adding non-point-source rupture to compute_station_metrics tests for more complete coverage.

There is now a new rupture-specific test data directory /data/testdata/demo_steps/compute_metrics/ci38457511_rupt which contains a rupture.json.

This should test the else block of compute_station_metrics.py located here

Resolves #796
