DOCS: Fix some typos (misspellings) in the Linear Mixed Effects tutorial #998

Notes

  1. Only the edited Markdown file and the associated HTML file are included in the PR. I did not include any other HTML files.
  2. I changed the formatting the Markdown file so that each sentence is on its own line. In the long-term this makes the commits and history of changes cleaner. I suggest we adopt this practice. It has no affect on the generated documentation.

I'm kind of against the one-sentence-per-line philosophy. Depending on the editor and environment, this can become very awkward and cumbersome. I recommend sticking with the standard Black line limits as much as possible.
