The static pages should not be added to this application, the navigation file should link to these pages in the landslides-website.

For instance: http://landslides.usgs.gov/hazards/postfire_debrisflow/background2016.php

What will the mount point for the application be? This could cause routing issues if the application and static content paths overlap...
