I am skipping the codecov step (for now), because I could not figure out how to implement without running into issues with leaflet.

There are still references to istanbul and coverage. Also, the readme still includes the header "generating a new project" which no longer applies.

However, I thought that we still needed the "Generating a new Project" section in the readme?
