Move static pages out of application package #93

Static pages are now in /research/wildfire/

background2010.php background2016.php assessment.php disclaimer.php updates.php faq.php _navigation.inc.php

Note there is no index.php in this directory.

The whattodo.php file contents (file in this directory) have been merged with /learn/prepare.php so all links to whattodo.php should be repointed to /learn/prepare.php.

There is a link to whattodo.php on every eventpage, and the following changes should be made.
