Filter issue #120

When applying a filter to a selected trace, it doesn't seem to take hold until you select another trace.

Was unable to reproduce the issue from 2.7.3 code but did confirm the packaged version posted on web has the issue. I repackaged 2.7.3, which seems to have fixed the issue, and posted it on the web as 2.7.3p1.

This addresses #119 also. Once I confirm with users that it is fixed for them as well, I will close the tickets.

Wes said he still experienced it, so after reviewing how he adds the wave forms to clipboard, it appears that this is a problem when waves are added to the clipboard using icon in Data Chooser. If you add waves from helicorder the f and r keys still work as they should. Will investigate.
