Be able to plot multiple RSAM stations on same time series #186

There is a request from Jeremy to plot multiple RSAM stations on same time series. Brian Shiro also mentioned there would be utility in plotting multiple stations for wave data on same axis (like a record section). For example of record station see http://www.ldeo.columbia.edu/LCSN/Eq/20030606/20030606_1229.html and scroll down to 'Seismic Record Station'.

Multi-station reduced displacement plots - which are essentially calibrated RSAM plots (m/s rather than counts) corrected for geometrical spreading - were a feature of the IceWeb system run at AVO since 1996. We plotted them on a log scale, with different colors for each station (sorry, image does not include the legend). We generated them for different timescales from 3 days to 1 year to track trends in volcanic tremor primarily. For each 1-minute timewindow, we computed the median signal level rather than the mean, since it is a better representation of tremor level (not as affected by spikes and events).
