Add map option to plot event colors by depth #193

Currently event colors are based on time, but Brian S from HVO indicated they use colors to indicate depth. Perhaps others will want to do the same. An option to switch between time based and depth based colors for event map would be nice to have.

Looking at HVO Valve seems following color scale is used (km):

< 0 = red 0-5 = orange 5-13 = yellow 13-20 = green 20-40 = blue 40+ = purple
